Three things worth writing about

Something is wrong with the taxonomy. A missing line item, a boundary that does not hold, a cost in your base that will not map anywhere. This is the most useful message you can send. It goes into the next version, with acknowledgement.

You want help applying it. Mapping a real cost base, taking apart a vendor rate, preparing for a renegotiation, or sizing what a change would actually cost.

You want to review the next version. Version 1.1 will be reviewed by practitioners on both sides of the table, and by clinicians and worker representatives on the wellness domain. If that is you, say so.
